If your diet is rich in carbs you may experience bloating. Eliminate alcohol and sugar from your diet and try to eat low-carb foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
  1. Eating too fast
You should have small bites, chewing them for longer because in this way you will make the digestion far easier.
  1. Constipation
This condition is a result of poor fiber content in your diet. But you shouldn’t start to consume fiber rapidly because this will only worsen the problem. Avoid white bread and eat grain bread instead. Add berries and smoothie in your diet.
  1. Insufficient water intake
Many health problems are result of dehydration. Too much alcohol and coffee could cause this problem as well. You should consume 6-7 glasses of water every day.
When there is not enough water in your body, it starts to use the water from your tissues. The bloating could occur as a result of fluid retention. Just drink plenty of water and you will be fine.
  1. Chronic stress
Stress is one of the problems that could result with bloating. The digestive system is unable to function properly when you are stressed. Bloating can be caused by stomach pain and constipation. Just clear your thoughts and relax yourself and you will be fine.
